Michael - Disabling Facebook emails was a huge step for me... but now I find myself randomly checking it throughout the day. I need to work on that, too.

Also, something prohibiting me from checking my rss feeds while I need to get work done would be fantastic.

We share similar problems.

I really need to stop procrastinating. For one thing, I think I will make a goal to set my Facebook notification settings so I receive emails whenever anything that would really require my attention occurs, and otherwise I will not go to Facebook, and I will leave the site once I have addressed the subject of the notification.

I also would benefit from not opening my RSS reader when I have work to do, and generally just doing my work first. I think I may take a look at some self-improvement podcasts.
