Just got back from the first night of the carnival, and it’s living up to the hype. At this grand event, it’s possible to see Dover’s worst: underage drinking, underage smoking, mullets, and socially intolerant t-shirts. Just a quick note: This is definitely going to be the best week of this year. Why, you ask? Well, the Dover Carnival starts Wednesday. The Dover Carnival, a proper noun, is a four day extravaganza of which I have the fondest memories. It’s the closest thing I get to a vacation every year, so it’s going to be a blast. Oh, there’s a theme song.
